Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at MSL Commerce LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@mslcommerce.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and clear photos
    We will replace the item or issue a refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If an order has already shipped, it must be returned after delivery following the policy above.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
